Scott specializes in classics (the shop does repairs and rents lifts). He worked for Chrysler for years and clearly loves his work. His shop is immaculate, the work is done quickly and well, and his prices are low. I'm a girl and I've had a few unpleasant experiences with mechanics (been lied to, been laughed at, been creeped out, etc.), but Scott is always friendly, focused and polite. He'll take the time to answer my questions fully and respectfully. But most importantly, when he fixes my Dart, it stays fixed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Need a Lift to anyone.
